Account Manager

If you have a flair for client communication, are a team player and enjoy working in a fast paced office environment, we’d like to meet you! A successful Account Manager will collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within client base and/or identify areas of improvement
  • Assist with challenging client requests and problems as needed
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills a must
  • Regularly communicate w/customers and sales people via email, phone and/or text
  • Enter and monitor quotes, sales orders and rendering requests into our ERP system (M1) and our CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Utilize customer portals, identify customer requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word is mandatory
  • Familiarity with EDI, M1 and/or Salesforce a huge plus
  • Occasional travel required
  • Full time position, M-F, 8:30am-5:00pm - can vary based on customer requirements


  • Minumim 3 years experience in same or similar field
  • Associates Degree or higher preferred
